What You'll Do
As an Event Staff/Event Security team member, you'll play an important role in providing outstanding customer service while helping maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, performers, and staff.
Responsibilities may include:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Verify tickets, credentials, or access as assigned.
- Provide directions and answer questions about the venue, event, seating, parking, concessions, and amenities.
- Monitor assigned areas and help maintain a safe, organized, and positive event environment.
- Assist with crowd management, line management, and guest flow.
- Help with event setup or breakdown, including signage and equipment, as assigned.
- Observe and report safety concerns, incidents, or policy violations to supervisors.
- Respond professionally and calmly to guest questions or concerns and seek assistance when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, venue personnel, vendors, emergency responders, and event staff.
- Follow company policies, venue procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For
Successful team members are dependable, customer-focused, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
Preferred qualifications include:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, security, or event experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in busy or changing situations.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other event times as scheduled.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
