ABOUT THE ROLE
Rockline Civil LLC is looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our heavy civil team. This dual-function role leads the bidding, planning, and execution of excavation, mass grading, utilities, and site development projects — from the first estimate through final closeout.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Build accurate, competitive estimates and quantity takeoffs for excavation, grading, and utilities projects, including subcontractor/supplier quotes and bid proposals
● Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects from award through closeout
● Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders
● Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and crews on sequencing and resource allocation
● Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
● Communicate project status to ownership and clients; review invoices and pay applications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (excavation, grading, or underground utilities)
● Prior experience in both estimating and project management preferred
● Proficiency with HeavyBid estimating software required; Agtek a plus
● Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
● Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites as needed

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
