VACANCY NOTICE
Paraprofessional Position
Position: Phillips School District is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to provide full-time support (following the school calendar) for students with diverse learning needs and disabilities. This position involves implementing IEP goals and accommodations, providing behavioral support and academic assistance, collecting data on student progress, assisting with assistive technology and personal care needs, and supporting students during transitions, lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal times. Preferred qualifications include experience with students with disabilities, knowledge of autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges, and bilingual capabilities.
Salary: $15.92 per hour
