Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team!:
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development-
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive occupancy of the facility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
Brand Management-
- Enhance and maintain the facility’s brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s mission and values.
Digital Marketing-
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Analyze digital metrics to optimize online presence and engagement.
Community Outreach-
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
Content Creation-
- Develop engaging content for various platforms including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to produce educational content that highlights the facility’s expertise and services.
Advertising and Promotions-
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
Leadership and Collaboration-
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Work closely with the admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
