Front of House Manager | Houlihan’s – Champaign, IL
This is a hands-on leadership role. You are responsible for setting the tone on the floor, developing your team, and ensuring every shift runs at a high level.
We are looking for a manager who can lead people, manage operations, and maintain standards without stepping away from the floor.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
- Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance
- Oversee compliance with safety, health, and liquor regulations
- Support service during peak times and resolve guest issues in real time
- Manage reporting, inventory, and operational processes
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience and leadership experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage both people and performance
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
