FieldBridge Energy is looking for a handful of Oilfield Cementing Class A CDL Truck Drivers to work for the world's largest oilfield service company on a 15/6 rotation for Permian Basin work in Midland, TX. Unrestricted Class A CDL is required (must be able to drive manual). What's included - man camp housing (private room), round trip flights or mileage per diem from home, all meals and the below. Get paid every week + benefits.
This is a $85K-100K/yr.++ position and that's receiving ~ 1/3 of the year off with your family.
Pay:
- $20/hr. to $24/hr. depending on Oil & Gas / oilfield cementing exp.
- Bonuses - Minimum $100 per day, Air slide runs, silo moves (up to 2-3 per day, $50 ea), Hot shot deliveries.
Schedule:
- Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off
- Hours: Up to 14 hours/day, occasionally 16 hours/day
- Typically work up to 70 hours/week, followed by a DOT reset
- Weekly Average: 70–80 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Operate various vehicles including: Tractor trailer units, Body load units, 550s with gooseneck trailers
- Hook up hoses, run air slide controls, strap loads
- Hotshot pallets of chemicals between districts
- May assist equipment operators when needed
- Not a “no-touch” driving role — physical involvement is required
Typical Day for Drivers:
- Driver is Called for Movement
- Driver arrives at yard to prepare equipment
- Drive Equipment/Product to Location
- Rig up 4” Discharge Lines
- Operate Equipment to discharge into Silo
- Drive back to Facility for next load
- Driving / Working 10-14 Hours Per Day
- Reset 10 Hours and Repeat
