This person will help with the organization and support for our team of Insurance Producers while taking care of clients. This good person will learn our systems and establish an integral workflow within our company procedures and protocol in order to help clients and the company. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate into a fast paced team environment that is "of service" to our clients with integrity. They are hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks being computer savvy and work diligently under pressure and autonomously at times. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This person is not shy from helping customers face to face and has a strong vigilance for helping others while following company guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Service and maintain insurance policies helping families following company procedures
- Maintain a friendly and professional courtesy with all clients and associates
- Work within office culture helping coworkers as a teammate
- Premium, fee, cash, till, insurance transactions accounting banking
- Learn office culture and protocol and assist associates in ways that optimize company procedures
- Maintain and protect confidential client records using CRM and other computer software
- Maintain highest integrity and ethics helping clients price, obtain, and correct their insurance policies
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Answer and greet customers in person
- Answer and navigate multi-line phone system
Skills
- Proven experience as office assistant, or in another relevant administrative office role
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving and deescalation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and data file organization
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
