Maintenance Engineer I
Full-time - 1st Shift
8:00AM-4:30PM
Maintenance Engineer needed at our facility, located in the heart of Wauwatosa.
Candidates considered will have at least one year of experience in HVAC systems, electrical and/or plumbing, trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, and repair.
Will train someone with basic knowledge.
Prior work experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Technician in a Nursing Home, Retirement Community, Hospital, or Residential Property strongly desired.
On call rotation is an essential requirement for this position.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Certification in HVAC, plumbing or electrical repair preferred.
