## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.
## Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and common areas
- Conduct floor care including buffing and waxing
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Handle waste disposal and recycling activities
- Support residential painting projects when required
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in custodial and commercial cleaning practices
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
