Role Summary
The Sales Account Representative primarily supports the retention and growth of existing customer relationships by maintaining consistent communication, ensuring a high level of service, and coordinating closely with operations to deliver on customer expectations. This role focuses on building strong, day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts, supporting ongoing work, and identifying incremental growth opportunities within those accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Support management of assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service delivery

Maintain regular communication with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities

Assist in building relationships with key contacts within customer organizations

Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day customer requests and coordination

Assist in identifying and developing opportunities within existing accounts

Support operations and sales departments in pursuing new business opportunities

Work closely with Operations to ensure alignment on customer expectations and job execution

Support scheduling, job follow-up, and issue resolution as needed

Help ensure a smooth handoff between sales and operations teams

Monitor basic sales metrics and support reporting efforts

Assist in tracking customer activity, job performance, and revenue opportunities

Identify trends and provide input on potential areas for growth

Develop understanding of all Flowpoint’s services

Build knowledge of customer operations and expectations

Participate in customer meetings, ride-alongs, and field exposure to gain experience
Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field (oil & gas preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams

Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Work Environment

Combination of office and field environment

Regular travel to customer locations and job sites

Exposure to oil & gas field conditions; PPE required when on-site
