Byrider of Wausau is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily dealership operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain and organize office filing systems
Check in vehicles and process related documentation
Pull and prepare completed deal files
Process DMV paperwork and vehicle titling documents
Handle lien payoff processing
Order and maintain office and store supplies
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Accept and process customer payments
Provide administrative support to the CNAC team as needed
Assist with additional office duties and special projects as assigned
Approximately 20-25 hours per week:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with computers and basic office software
Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Driver's license
- Complete pre-employment drug screening.

Previous administrative, office, dealership, or customer service experience preferred
