Role Overview
The Director of Product Management will lead product management activities in the US market. This role is responsible for setting product direction and priorities, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Provide product management leadership across assigned product lines

Define and support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management

Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions

Support prioritization of initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals

Drive collaboration and communication across stakeholders to ensure successful product execution

Contribute to the development and maturation of product management best practices

Support and mentor product management team members as needed
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of product management experience
Skills & Competencies

Previous automotive aftermarket experience, with familiarity with customer needs and market dynamics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data to support decisions and priorities

Solid product management fundamentals, including roadmap planning and lifecycle management

Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, working well with key partners across the business

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align teams and drive clear outcomes
