About the Role
We are looking for licensed therapists who are passionate about helping children, individuals of all ages, and couples heal, grow, and thrive.
Our clinicians have the freedom to create schedules that work for their lives, while still being supported by a warm, collaborative team environment.
Position Details
Role: Licensed Therapist
Licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT
Location: Westerville, Ohio (Columbus area)
Work Style: Hybrid – In-person + Telehealth
Office Requirement: Minimum of 2 days per week in office
Schedule: Flexible – build a schedule that fits your life
Compensation: $40-45 per showed session (1099 independent contractor). Compensation is variable depending on experience and licensure.
Supervision: Provided weekly at no cost to you, this is covered by the practice
What You'll Do
- Provide trauma-informed therapy to children, individuals, and/or couples
- Create a safe, supportive, and empathetic therapeutic environment
- Build and manage your own caseload with scheduling flexibility
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Participate in optional consultation, supervision, and team connection
What We're Looking For
- Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT)
- Passion for trauma-informed care
- Interest in working with children and/or couples preferred, not required
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
- A collaborative spirit and desire to be part of a supportive team
- Willingness to be in office at least 1-2 days per week, preferred, not required
