We're hiring a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our Washington DC team. You'll turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into meetings: working the phones, crafting short outreach messages for email and social, and partnering with Marketing to drive qualified appointments across the Washington DC region.
Expect daytime hours starting at 8:00 AM, full-time weekday scheduling, paid training, and commission/bonus potential — plus hands-on skills employers actually want (outbound selling, prospecting, CRM).
The Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains a pipeline through high-activity outreach and targeted prospecting, with a clear focus on booking qualified meetings. You'll research accounts, tailor outreach to each prospect, log activity in the CRM, and schedule appointments — serving as the bridge between first contact and the sales team.
What success looks like: Clear, confident bilingual communication; strong organization; and comfort with high-activity outreach in a goal-driven environment. You're coachable, resilient, and professional on the phone and in writing.
Pay That Rewards Results
$25 – $29/hour base + monthly performance bonuses & commission
