$15.00 per hour plus $25.00 per vehicle detailed.

- Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing to dealership standards
- Wash, dry, polish, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Clean vehicle interiors including carpets, seats, dashboards, door panels, and windows
- Vacuum interiors thoroughly and remove stains or debris as needed
- Apply finishing products to restore and protect vehicle appearance
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing, service, and shop areas
- Safely move vehicles throughout dealership property when necessary
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience required
- Previous dealership or high-volume automotive detailing experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with professional attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely maneuver vehicles around dealership property
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout shift
