Part-time Inbound Call Center Agent
Summary
As a Part-time Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be taking accurate messages for our clients and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. Your ability to type efficiently and manage calls will enhance the overall customer experience.
- Answers phone calls and take messages for clients
- Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible with schedule
- Enjoys talking with people
- Good Typing skills
- Training is done at the LaPorte office
- Possibility to work from home once appropriate skill level is met (approx. 90 days)
