Our CNC Swiss Department plays a critical role in producing high-quality precision components, and we are looking for experienced Swiss Machinists who enjoy problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working alongside a team that genuinely supports one another.
Whether you’re helping optimize a setup, troubleshooting a machine issue, or collaborating across shifts to meet customer demands, your knowledge and contributions will matter here.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines including Citizen and Tsugami equipment
- Edit machine programs and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, job packets, and GD&T requirements
- Select, align, and touch off tooling, fixtures, and attachments
- Make offsets and troubleshoot machining issues independently to minimize downtime
- Follow established setup procedures while contributing ideas for process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members and support personnel to achieve quality and production goals

Qualified candidates should have:
- Recent experience working in a machine shop environment
- Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Knowledge of G & M code editing
- The ability to work independently and maintain high standards for quality and productivity
- A mindset focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and helping the team succeed
