Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, providing excellent first impressions.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative functions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and uphold high standards of customer service.
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Familiarity with office management tools like calendar management software or personal assistant experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices including phone etiquette and conflict resolution techniques.
