Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented receptionist/sales associate that can multi-task. This is a part time position.
Need someone for Mon/Tues/Thurs and some Sats. Pay is 12/hr. Can also earn commission after 3 months. No experience required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right frames and lenses
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Pre-testing patients as needed
- Check patients in/out
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with desktop computers
No medical experience required, will train the right person.
