Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, and more.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterilized.
- Greet and comfort patients, helping to alleviate any anxiety and ensuring a positive experience.
- Take and develop X-rays and impressions.
- Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and preventative practices.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and fun work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
- Certification: Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification required within the first 3 months of working.
- Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to make patients feel at ease.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
