ISN is seeking a Risk / Quality Control Manager to oversee risk mitigation, quality assurance, and engineering-related processes supporting the management, maintenance, evaluation, and disposition of real property assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project oversight experience, and the ability to ensure operational compliance, quality standards, and process efficiency across multiple projects and stakeholders. The services for this opportunity are for residential and commercial real property.
Key Responsibilities

Manage quality control and risk management programs related to real property operations and asset management activities.

Oversee engineering-related processes, inspections, maintenance coordination, and project execution.

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, process controls, and performance metrics.

Identify operational risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct audits, reviews, and evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Monitor documentation accuracy, reporting requirements, and quality performance indicators.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications

Educational equivalency and four (4) years of experience performing comparable functions in risk management, quality control, engineering support, or related operational environments.

Four (4) years of specialized technical experience related to engineering processes, quality assurance, project oversight, or property operations.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Federal Contracts

Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
