Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and through digital inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening to their needs and presenting Subaru vehicles that best fit their lifestyle.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain Subaru features, technology, and benefits.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of Subaru models, trim levels, features, and financing options.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required – we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Comfortable learning and using technology (CRM, tablets, virtual sales tools).
