About the Role
As a CNC Metal Forming Technician, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your technical expertise to operate advanced machinery, ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing throughput efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Operate CNC press brake machinery to form metal parts, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production schedules.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to determine precise bend angles, material requirements, and optimal tooling selection.

Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and templates to verify dimensional accuracy.

Execute machine setups and generate programs at the controller for simple to moderately complex part geometries.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure peak operational performance and minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate production logs and inspection data within our digital tracking systems.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC press brake equipment.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and shop drawings.

Strong foundational math skills, including the ability to perform dimensional and angle calculations.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 70 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Advanced knowledge of CNC programming and complex machine setups.

Experience with AMADA press brake systems or similar high-precision metal forming technology.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
