Schedule: 8:00- 5:00pm M-F
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative I to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information and support regarding products, services, equipment parts, and orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for processing customer orders, handling inquiries and concerns, entering data into company systems, and supporting internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service.

Answer incoming phone calls regarding customer inquiries, equipment parts, and product orders.

Enter equipment and parts orders accurately into the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

Process customer concerns, cases, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).

Process orders through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Review and maintain daily reports.

Update and maintain system data provided by various departments.

Prepare sales quotes as requested by the Sales Department.

Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately.

Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

Experience handling high-volume phone calls and data entry.

Experience working with ERP systems or similar business software preferred.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

Excellent time management and follow-through skills.

Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and handling phone calls.

Ability to perform frequent data entry and administrative tasks.

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference check.
