Chick-fil-A Pavilions North is looking for an organized, customer-focused Catering Leader to help grow our catering program! This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to represent Chick-fil-A in San Antonio.
You’ll manage catering orders from start to finish—prepping, delivering, setting up, and following up with clients to ensure a top-tier experience. You’ll also hit the streets to canvass local businesses and help spread the word about our catering services.
What You'll Do:

Plan, manage, and execute catering orders with accuracy, care, and a strong sense of ownership

Coordinate closely with Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered on time

Proactively contact customers to confirm order details, delivery timing, setup needs, and special requests

Deliver and set up catering orders at events with professionalism, attention to detail, and a hospitality-first mindset

Follow up with catering customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback or opportunities to improve

Build relationships with nearby businesses by canvassing and promoting Chick-fil-A catering offerings

Maintain catering inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for all orders

Work independently while staying highly organized, punctual, and responsive

Share customer insights and leads with leadership to support catering growth

Support Front-of-House operations during peak hours as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage delivery logistics

Excellent customer service and clear communication skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred, but not required
