Looking for a medical assistant that has skills to do front office as well as back office. Should have a very courteous and personable demeanor. High regard for customer service. Prefer Bilingual
This practice does primary care, wellness, medical weight loss, concierge medicine and a medspa for aesthetic services.
Candidate needs to have good computer skills, be hard-working detail oriented friendly team player and reliable with a outgoing personality. They should have a passion for aesthetics and wellness, make clients feel welcome and have a knack for sales.
Job includes: greeting clients, educate clients on our services, convert inquiries into booked appointments, making calls to confirm appointments and follow ups.
The candidate should not be overweight as this is an aesthetic and weight loss clinic.
