Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care – Premium Evening Program - Southminster Place
Washington, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Evening Shift
Premium Program Pay: $31.00/hour

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. The role will supervise, and provide leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure the quality of care and services provided.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care:

Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.

Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.

Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
-
Experience in senior living preferred.
-
Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.

Proven leadership experience preferred.
