Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled and sautéed dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to prevent contamination.
- Support food service operations by efficiently preparing meals during busy periods, maintaining a steady flow of orders.
- Use knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks to ensure precision and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining a positive work environment.
Experience
- Strong kitchen experience with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
- Knowledge of meal preparation, and food service operations is preferred.
- Skilled in knife handling, food safety practices, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Experience working in the culinary or food industry that highlights your ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
