YOUR JOB
As a Part Time Optional Family Support Advocate, you’ll work directly with children and families to strengthen stability, build skills, and promote positive change within the home. This role is relationship-driven and hands-on, providing practical support, guidance, and encouragement that empowers families to overcome challenges and move toward long-term success.
Part Time Optional Status: 20-24 hours per week

We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in multiple states across the country. - Walk alongside children and families as they build stability, confidence, and hope within their homes
- Be a consistent, supportive presence for families navigating change, stress, and new beginnings
- Help parents and caregivers strengthen daily routines, relationships, and problem-solving skills
- Encourage families as they recognize their own strengths and take steps toward lasting growth
- Create safe, supportive spaces where families feel heard, respected, and empowered
- Celebrate progress—both big milestones and small victories—along the journey
WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD
- Experience providing in-home or community-based family support services
- Knowledge of child welfare, family systems, or behavioral health services
- Strong observational and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and supportive in challenging situations
- Canidate must possess a current driver's license, active auto insurance, and vehicle registration
