As our Industrial Reliability Technician, you’ll blend electro‑mechanical expertise with a continuous‑improvement mindset to keep injection molding, extrusion, and plant utilities performing at their best — safely, repeatably, and within spec.
- Execute scheduled material changeovers on liquid‑injection molding lines; perform full equipment set‑ups for molding, extrusion, and auxiliary systems.
- Complete all documentation for set‑up, adjustments, and tooling to ensure traceability and process control.
- Rapidly troubleshoot alarms and failures; identify root causes, adjust processes, and recommend corrective repairs.
- Lead or initiate root‑cause investigations for major breakdowns; communicate findings to the Maintenance Manager.
- Propose and implement maintenance improvements that increase uptime, reduce cost, and mitigate risk.
- Calibrate equipment to maintain operations within defined tolerances.
- Verify electrical integrity and safety using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and megohmmeters.
- Drive timely opening/closure of work orders and share best practices across shifts.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and compliant cleanroom environment — including attire and contamination controls.
- Meet or exceed Flexan’s quality and productivity standards while collaborating professionally with peers and leaders.

- Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm–10:00 pm
- Travel: None; fully on‑site
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance or preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient reading prints and electrical schematics; adept with gauges and inspection tools
- Strong knowledge of compressors, chillers, and water softeners
- Evidence of creativity, teamwork, and calm problem‑solving under pressure
- Clear communication skills and meticulous documentation habits
- Technical degree
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
- Consistency in meeting internal timelines and customer commitments
- Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience (full‑time, hourly)
