Provides support for individualized programs for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities, ages 6 months and older, in natural settings.
Maintain a minimum of 28 billable hours per week
Provide direct ABA therapy across assigned clients
Support continuity of care by filling coverage gaps as needed
No cap on direct therapy hours based on clinic needs
Serve as a go-to clinical support for high-acuity or escalated client situations
Assist with implementation of behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction
Provide in-the-moment modeling and support to RBTs during challenging sessions
Help stabilize cases at risk of disruption, staff turnover, or poor outcomes
Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity
Support data collection accuracy and session quality
Provide real-time coaching and modeling for Behavior Technicians
Support onboarding and skill development of newer staff
Reinforce clinical standards and expectations within sessions
Complete all session documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements
Ensure timely session note completion and data integrity
Support BCBAs in identifying documentation or implementation gaps
Active participation in both direct and indirect clinical support activities
