Front Counter Sales & Customer Service – Battery Store
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Front Counter Sales & Customer Service person to join our battery store team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, can learn products quickly, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help determine the best battery for their specific needs
- Recommend appropriate batteries, accessories, and related products
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide knowledgeable and helpful customer service
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well stocked
- Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming environment
- Work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Learn our products and services and confidently assist customers
What We're Looking For
- Strong, reliable work history is required
- Dependable and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers
- Good communication and phone skills
- Willingness to learn
- Able to stay organized and pay attention to detail
- Battery or automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
- We are willing to train the right person
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
