Van’s Auto Service & Tire Pros is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor who can build trust, present repair recommendations clearly, and create an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position for someone who can confidently guide customers through necessary repairs while coordinating with technicians and managing multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Review digital vehicle inspections and technician recommendations
- Build complete, accurate estimates for maintenance and repairs
- Clearly explain findings, priorities, and repair options to customers
- Confidently ask for the sale and follow up on declined services
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Manage appointments, work orders, parts, approvals, and vehicle delivery
- Ensure invoices are accurate and customers understand the completed work
- Help the store meet sales, customer service, and productivity goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Automotive service advisor, repair shop, dealership, tire, or parts experience required.
- Strong customer service and sales ability
- Comfortable presenting larger repair estimates
- Able to explain automotive repairs in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand way
- Organized and able to manage several customers and vehicles at once
- Strong computer, phone, and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and accept coaching
- Valid driver’s license
Automotive experience is required.

Full-time
Monday through Friday
No weekends
