T & N Services and Solutions is seeking a Clinical Director to provide hands-on leadership and clinical oversight for our outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) program in Baltimore, MD.
This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role for a licensed clinician who is ready to set clear expectations, strengthen clinical quality, and lead a team with consistency and integrity.

Your Impact
- Lead the stabilization and strengthening of a growing outpatient program
- Set and enforce clinical standards, workflows, and documentation expectations
- Provide direct clinical supervision and oversight to licensed and unlicensed staff
- Ensure full compliance with Maryland regulations, Medicaid, HIPAA, and ASAM criteria
- Improve clinical quality, staff performance, and client outcomes
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and grow the program intentionally
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical operations for outpatient SUD and co-occurring services
- Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Ensure appropriate level of care decisions and service delivery
- Prepare for and support audits, site visits, and regulatory reviews
- Address performance issues and maintain accountability across the clinical team
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health, social work, counseling, psychology, or nursing
- Active, independent Maryland license (LCSW-C, LCPC, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in outpatient behavioral health and/or substance use treatment
- Proven ability to provide clinical supervision and enforce standards
- Deep understanding of ASAM criteria and documentation compliance
- Ability to set expectations, hold boundaries, and lead with both structure and professionalism
- Comfortable being fully present, engaged, and hands-on in an on-site role

Work Schedule & Location
