Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of in a fast casual restaurant management experience.
- Must possess strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
- Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
- May lift materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more.
- Valid food handler card, or able to obtain one prior to the completion of training.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and develop your team, creating and fostering a strong, positive, and productive teamwork culture and environment.
Guest Experience: Ensure genuine, welcoming, responsive service, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction.
Operations: Manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and ensure adherence to all company policies and regulations while overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
Financial Analysis: Track and analyze financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Safety and Compliance: Protect the people and the business with strong safety and food safety oversight, complying with all policies and regulations.
