Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing tires and other automotive systems. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
-Capabilities of on-the-farm tire repair and replacements
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire pressure checks.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy lifting equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any issues that need to be addressed.
Skills:
-Knowledge of farm tires
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and tire service equipment.
- Experience working in a Dealership or similar setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of Automotive service and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Valid drivers license and good driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
