Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking HVAC Install Helper to assist our lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations and replacements
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
- Help remove and dispose of old equipment
- Assist with ductwork, equipment setup, and installation tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized
Qualifications
- HVAC experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- English speaking required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable)
