Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage matters from inception to resolution.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; bar admission in Ohio.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently and work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional client-focused demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Bar dues, Annual CLE stipend, and membership in relevant associations.

- Monthly pay based upon percentage of billable work

Work Environment and Culture
- Immediate caseload and docket exposure and opportunities to lead matters, supervise junior attorneys, and contribute to firm initiatives.
- Significant access to senior attorneys for mentoring.
- Direct client contact and referred cases from senior attorneys.
- Commitment to pro bono work and community involvement.
- Central location to multiple courts and courtrooms in Butler County.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
