Warehouse & Shipping Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse & Shipping Associate to support and oversee our growing warehouse operations while assisting with production activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management and reporting, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, supporting production planning, and helping optimize warehouse and logistics processes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, meeting production and shipping deadlines, and upholding high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams to support operational goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
