Employee Benefit Relationship Manager – Hybrid flexibility

Are you a client-focused professional who loves building relationships and delivering top-notch service? We’re looking for an Employee Benefit Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients. This hybrid role combines hands-on client support with strategic guidance, giving you the chance to make an impact while enjoying flexibility, full benefits, generous PTO, and a great workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Manage renewals, new business set-ups, and day-to-day client needs
- Identify opportunities to expand products and services
- Participate in community and client events to strengthen relationships
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in benefits or client service
- NYS Life, Accident & Health license (or ability to obtain in 3 months)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
