Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction.
- Prospect for new business and build lasting client relationships.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing activities.
- Stay current on market trends and local inventory.
- Maintain compliance with all New Jersey real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first conversation through closing.
Qualifications
Required
- Active New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License (or Broker License)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Real estate experience (helpful but not required)
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
