Teachers will implement existing lesson plans to motivate students to learn and participate. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment when regular teachers are unavailable. You will be responsible for implementing lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring that students continue to engage with their curriculum effectively. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering student growth.
Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction.
- Follow lesson plans as required by school policy.
- Assign reasonable tasks and homework to students in accordance with the lesson plans.
- Address the various learning styles of students accordingly.
