Overview
The Director of Technology provides strategic leadership for the planning, implementation, security and support of the organization's technology infrastructure. This position ensures that all aspects of the agency's technology are running at peak capacity and continuing to effectively support the mission of the agency while maintaining regulations and best practices. This position will oversee all aspects of IT delivery which include but are not limited to:
- managing the agency's remote monitoring stations including scheduling and equipment
- management of agency cell phones and ipads including set-up, deployment and troubleshooting
- scheduling setup and deployment of management laptops
- maintaining inventory of equipment, learning agency equipment needs, purchasing of equipment, as well as setup, deployment and maintenance of remote technology devices within homes such as GrandCare screens, video technology and health screening tools.
This position will oversee business applications, telecommunications, hardware, software, data management and user support. This position will report and partner with our Chief Technology Officer as well as an outside IT support team to ensure continued implementation of innovative technology solutions that can safely improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (Information Technology Prefered)
- Experience with Individuals with IDD and or Autism
- Valid Driver's license
