Someone who can maintain patient flow while delivering an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first impression of Bradenton Family and Implant Dentistry by warmly welcoming patients
- Collect copays, balances, and payments with confidence and professionalism
- Work patient Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding balances
- Update and verify patient medical and dental histories
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Educate patients on treatment value, benefits, and outcomes
- Build trust and overcome patient objections with empathy
- Coordinate doctor schedules to maximize production
- Verify insurance benefits and explain financial options
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on pending treatment
- Support a positive patient experience from consultation to completion
