For more than 90 years, PALFINGER has advanced crane and lifting technology across the globe. We turn real customer challenges into integrated solutions and create a culture where people grow, collaborate, and stretch beyond the expected. Join us—and let’s lift each other.
Remote, based in the Detroit, MI area and reporting to the Regional Field Service Manager, you’ll be the on-site expert servicing PALFINGER customers’ truck‑mounted equipment. You’ll diagnose, repair, and keep critical fleets moving—often working independently and owning decisions on the job.
Your service truck is stocked and ready. You head to a customer yard to troubleshoot an articulating crane’s hydraulic issue. By mid‑day, you’re completing a scheduled quarterly PM and an Annual DOT inspection on a truck‑mounted forklift. Late afternoon brings a call for an urgent conveyor repair—you stabilize the situation safely, communicate findings to the fleet manager, and document all parts, labor, and next steps before wrapping up with a cleaned work area and a tidy vehicle.
