Responsibilities
● First Impressions: Warmly greeting clients, handling walk-ins, and assisting agents; maintaining a pristine, client-ready aesthetic for the front desk and conference rooms.
● Communication: Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Managing the general office email inbox.
● Tech & Administrative Support: Assisting with general data entry and basic files. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is required. Experience with modern real estate CRMs is highly preferred.
● Office Maintenance: Managing conference room bookings, monitoring office supply inventory, and assisting with setup for weekly team meetings and brokerage cultural events.
● Attention to Detail: This position requires extreme organizational tracking and data integrity to keep our back-office operations seamless.
Requirements
● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, or high-end hospitality environment (Required).
