About the Role
This is a true business-to-business consultative sales position focused on helping organizations improve the appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism of their facilities.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, developing customized solutions, and closing new business throughout Northeast Florida. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, networking within the community, and controlling their own success.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, community involvement, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Conduct in-person meetings, facility walkthroughs, and presentations with prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and develop customized service solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted resource
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records and sales activity within CRM systems
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or consultative B2B sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and effectively manage a territory
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win and succeed
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to travel throughout Jacksonville, Gainesville, and surrounding markets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience selling commercial services, facility services, staffing, payroll, uniform services, office technology, or similar B2B solutions is a plus
