Job Details:
Position: Inground Pool Build TeamLocation: Hilton, NY
Responsibilities:
- Work outdoors with a great team on building beautiful inground pool projects.
- Learn and apply basic plumbing and electrical skills related to pool installation.
- Install, operate, and troubleshoot pool equipment.
- Provide excellent field service to customers while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong dependability.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Clean driving record (Required).
- Previous experience in swimming pools, plumbing, or construction is a plus but not required—we provide training!
Position Details:
- Type: Seasonal Full-Time Position
- Season: March/April (weather-dependent) to November
- Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
- Winter Months: Due to the seasonal nature of our business, team members typically go on unemployment during the winter. Team members with exceptional performance secure a spot for the following season.
Compensation & Benefits:
