Opportunity to join a new AAA agency that offers multiple insurance lines and membership program that offers roadside, towing and travel services. Agency will provide pre-license training support for desired candidates.

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote a wide range of insurance products.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and policy details efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
- Assist in benefits administration for clients by explaining coverage options and ensuring they understand their policies fully.
- Stay informed about insurance regulations, compliance requirements (including HIPAA), and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
Required Candidate Qualifications
Candidate must obtain Michigan property & casualty license within 30 days of employment start date
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
- Active Michigan property and casualty license required, life and health license is also desired.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex policy details in a straightforward manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and client management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle benefits administration tasks while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills paired with outstanding communication abilities.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
