We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems. Primarily residential. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. Responsibilities
- Service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant lines and water connections.
- Repair appliances and mechanical components using welding techniques or other appropriate methods.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs performed for accountability and future reference.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
- Proven field service experience with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to HVAC installation projects.
- Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and design plans for HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus for specialized environments.
- Experience with appliance repair, property maintenance, boiler operation, and general equipment repair.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred for transportation needs.
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.

Pay: $29.24 - $40.00 per hour
